Essential Info:

    • The Second Saturday of Each Month
    • May 11, 2024 – 12 noon to 5 pm
    • At: Eagle Plaza – 12th Street, between Folsom and Harrison

Exhibitor Info:

  • Spaces are limited and are not guaranteed until confirmed by email.
  • Spaces rotate from month to month to accommodate more vendors. 
  • Priority given to local, leather / fetish / queer applications from:
    • Artists, artisans and craftspeople
    • Clubs and organizations
    • Members of marginalized communities.
  • Fees are $30 for a 10’x10′ space.
  • A tent, tables and chairs available first come, first served, at no charge. 
  • Payment will be requested when your application is approved.

Volunteer Info:

    • Volunteers are needed to staff the entry gates.
    • Shifts are typically: 11:30 – 2:30 pm and 2:30 – 5:30 pm. 
      • Other shifts may be available.  
    • Volunteer shifts may require standing.  We try to assign volunteers in pairs.
    • Snacks, supplies, and bathroom access will be available.
    • Please bring your own beverage container; we will have a cooler of water.
    • Please contact manager@sflcd.org to volunteer, or sign up here and we will contact you about this and other volunteer opportunities.

Gear Swap Info:

Fine Print:

    • Hours are 12 noon to 5 pm.
    • Exhibitors may begin setup no sooner than 11 am.
      • Tents will be delivered and erected by our staff and volunteers
        • Your help will be appreciated. 
      • Tables and chairs will be delivered to your booth by 11:30 am.
      • Please complete your setup by 11:45 pm, remain open until 5:00 pm, and then tear down promptly.  
      • You are responsible for the security of your materials.
    • Parking near the site is limited.  Consider using nearby lots.
    • Mobile data coverage is excellent in this location.
    • California requires a Seller’s Permit for vendors that sell merchandise more than twice in a calendar year. California info here  
    • Event may be cancelled due to weather, changes in city guidelines and permit regulations, or other reasons.
