Welcome to the nomination page for the LEATHER & LGBTQ Cultural District annual Board Elections.
Our board is elected by our members who are in good standing at the time of the election and have been so for at least 90 days before the election. Voting takes place in the days before our August board meeting.
Our board has 9 members, terms are for 3 years, and the terms are staggered so that 3 seats are up for election each year. If a board member leaves before the end of their term, that seat will also be up for election.
This year's election will be for:
- 3 seats with 3-year terms
- 1 seat with a 2-year term
- 1 seat with a 1-year term

Timeline:
Nominations open: Wednesday, July 9,
Nominations close: Friday, August 7, 5pm
Candidates Night: Monday, August 10, 6pm
- Attend via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85674155941
- Candidates introduce themselves to our membership, followed by Q&A.
- 6:30pm - Voting links emailed to eligible members.
- Nominees must be members by this date.
Voting closes: Monday August 17, 5pm
Board Meeting: Wednesday, August 19, 6-8pm,
- Winners announced at the end of the meeting.
- The new board is seated after the meeting.
